Knife #5

This knife I made for my brother. He wanted a knife that he could use for search and rescue. he designed the shape, blunt tip, and curves to the spine. The blunt tip is so that he could cut a harness or seatbelt off of a patient without sticking them.
I incorporated many new techniques on this knife. The bevel of the grind is much shallower than my previous blades. This was the first blade I did filework on the spine of, the large portion of the pattern is called the zulu spear. I also used a liner between the scales and the tang. The blade is 1/4" 154 stainless, with olive wood scales (from Greece) and brass guard and corby bolts.
